General Delivery info

Every Matala piece is crafted with care and prepared for shipment from our Marrakech studio.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently offer delivery across Morocco and worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Matala ships internationally using trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local postal services.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
REFUND and exchanges POLICY

We want you to love your Matala piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds on custom or made-to-order pieces.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at matalaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
